Connect with nature, slow down and get outside with this group session to find a new way to connect with nature. Packed with science, this 4-hour half day covers a host of methods to help bring you back to you wherever you are. Sessions cover an 8Km - 16Km walk through country and coast that requires a competent level of walking to attend. These sessions are held on the South Coast in Hampshire but will be across different UK locations throughout the year.
