1 Hour Session (Face-to-Face)

Service Description

You may prefer sessions face-to-face, especially if you're working through your first trauma release session or particular challenging item. All sessions are available online but some of the tools we teach can best be achieved in person. These sessions are designed to be concentrated, direct and impactful to make the most bring in person. We host our face-to-face appointments around the South Coast in Hampshire but if you prefer to meet at our London location, please contact us directly to confirm dates.
